I came to the hotel after another one failed to book the room I paid for. Not only did this hotel give me exactly what I asked for they also took a really bad night and turned it around. The front desk person was so amazing. I believe her name was christy. She let me vent about my bad experience and then when she ran my card for the room it went threw but the deposit did not because my bank flagged it due to all of the payments for hotels since the last one still charged me. She didn't make a big deal about it which was nice because it saved me from the embarrassment of my card being declined. She was very kind while my bank had me on hold for 18 minutes. She even got my husband in a better mood. We are definitely customers for life thanks to her. If you want a nice stay in a beautiful hotel this is the one. The lobby is so beautiful I even told my husband how it would make such a great space to take photos of my clients if at all possible I would love to do that at this location.

What a huge improvement. The hotel has been remodeled. Also, the hotel was dog friendly . The room was clean with great beds. The hotel had been updated and looked nice. The air conditioner worked great. We liked the new floors. All the carpet had been replaced with new flooring, so much better. We will definitely come back again. The staff was really nice. The lady who checked us in was great. The maid Maria was fabulous. I left her a tip. She really took care of us.

I stayed here overnight while my spouse was hospitalized at Modesto Kaiser Hospital. The hotel is only 5 mins away by car and right off the freeway. The price was reasonable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate with hot as well as cold items, including protein (egg and cheese omelette, sausage, Hard boiled eggs) not just breads and cereals. There are food options adjacent and lots of shopping a short distance away by car.

Staff was great and got us right in. Eugenie was awesome. We were stuck on the train and had to cancel our room. We actually arrived at the Modesto train station and 4 am and we were exhausted after being stuck for 12 hours on the train during a snowstorm. Eugenie happily booked us back in to our same room and was a welcoming presence after a major transportation debacle. I always stay here and it is always consistently what I expect or better.
